Acceptance

By using ZIYA, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

ZIYA is a symptom tracking and pattern recognition tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is designed to help you organise and present your health data to qualified healthcare professionals.

Subscriptions

ZIYA offers free and premium tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You can export it at any time and delete your account and all data from within the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree to use ZIYA for personal health tracking only. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, distribute, or use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of liability

ZIYA is provided as-is. We make no warranties about the accuracy of pattern detection or insights. ZIYA is not a substitute for professional medical advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIYA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
