Delete Your Account

You can delete your ZIYA account and all associated data at any time.

Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the ZIYA app
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Scroll down to Your Data
  4. Tap Delete My Account
  5. Confirm the deletion

If you no longer have the app

Email contact@ziya.health from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We will process your request within 5 business days.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and login credentials
  • All symptom logs and severity data
  • All mood, energy, and sleep records
  • All period and cycle data
  • All supplement and medication records
  • All notes
  • Your profile information
  • Any generated reports

Deletion is immediate and complete. This action cannot be undone.

Subscription

Deleting your ZIYA account does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop being charged, cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings before deleting your ZIYA account.
